Dr Thorsten Jelinek is a senior fellow and Europe director at the Taihe Institute and a former associate director at the World Economic Forum. Thorsten focuses on AI ethics and governance, cyber security, and international relations. He holds a PhD in social sciences from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in organizational and social psychology from the London School of Economics, and a BS in computer science and business administration from the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
